Accrue Flow Intelligence LLC provides institutional-grade private equity monitoring and intelligence services to ultra-high-net-worth families and single-family offices. This Privacy Policy governs the handling of your confidential fund data.
1. Information We Collect
1.1. Portfolio Intelligence Data
We collect capital call notices, K-1 statements, financial reports, and related communications that you authorize us to monitor. This includes fund names, commitment amounts, vintage years, and general partner details.
1.2. Contact & Access Credentials
Your email, phone, and WhatsApp details for alert delivery. For enhanced monitoring, read-only credentials to your fund administrator portals (optional).
1.3. System Metadata
Timestamps, email routing data, and portal interaction logs to maintain audit trails.
1.4. What We Never Collect
We do not access your bank accounts, brokerage credentials, or personal identification numbers. We are not a custodian.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for:
- Real-time monitoring & alerting of capital calls and fund communications
- Predictive cash flow forecasting using proprietary vintage pacing models
- Concentration risk analytics across your portfolio
- Delivering intelligence briefs via your preferred channels
3. AI & Infrastructure
We employ proprietary AI parsing technology (SOC 2 Type II certified) to extract structured data from unstructured communications. All processing occurs within our encrypted environment. Human analysts perform quality-control verification on all critical alerts.

4. Data Retention & Deletion
Active client data is retained for the service term. Upon termination, all identifiable data is cryptographically erased within 30 days. Encrypted backups persist for 90 days.
5. Your Rights (CCPA)
As a California resident or client, you may:
- Request a full data export (delivered within 72 hours)
- Request deletion (processed within 30 days)
- Opt out of anonymized trend analysis
